We have gone through your letter dated 29th May, regarding the poor services received by you from our hotel staff.
After our reading your letter we have inquired at our end and have learned that the service given to you was not upto our hotel standard, as you mentioned the food was not delivered to your room and the beds were not clean on daily basis. We have taken action against the issues.
