Respected Sir,
I am the regular customer of your hotel in Anytown. However, this time I was not happy with the service I was given on my visit.
Here’s what happened when I arrive at the hotel, I was asked to be in the lobby for one hour, I was been told that my room was not ready. Later after getting the room I ordered for lunch in my room which was not served for long time. My experience of room service was totally disappointing.
I am not happy with the service that was given and I am not certain at this time if I will ever feel comfortable returning to your establishment.
