After trying a lot to solve the problem with Financial Department, I have failed, therefore I am writing this letter to request you to solve the issue.

From last one week I am trying to solve my settlement with the finance department but there is no proper response given to me. I have asked for financial statement, bank account statement and other useful document but have never got it on time. This in turn is affecting my performance records.
