Subject: Telephone Bill follow up letter
Dear Mr. Andrews,
It’s my second follow up letter in regards to incorrect charges that have been levied in my telephone bill.
I have received this month telephone bill and according to the bill the extra charges that was suppose to be deducted have not been done and again have been charged this month. I had a discussion and gave the complain letter to your executive regarding the extra charges. But this is my third bill and there are changes done.
I am disappointed with your company service. This is my last follow up letter, you are requested to do the needful or else I have no other option other than disconnecting the service.
