Subject: Follow up to the meeting for implementation of new policy on employee phone benefits.
Respected Sir,
I am writing this letter to follow up in regards to new policy on employee phone benefits which was decided in last annual meeting.
As per the meeting it was decided by the management that the phone facility will be given to medical representative or the phone bill will be reimburse by the company. But till now there is no formal letter is given regarding the new policy.
I request you to do the needful at the earliest and let us know when the new policy is effective from.
