This is in regards to the contract that we have with your organization, as per the contract the agreement was for one year and which will expire on 10th June. We would like to renew the contract for a period of two years.
While signing the previous contract it was been informed to us that if the contract is signed for next two year we will receive 20% discount on the services give by you, therefore we request you give us the discount on the next service as promised. We would also like to add that the management is satisfied with your service. Please note the term and condition will remain the same as per the old contract.
