Subject: Complaint regarding transfer of less salary
Dear Mr. Moody,
This is in regards to my salary that have been credited in my account on 25th April. I would like to bring to your notice that I have worked for all 30 days but I have got salary for on 25 days.
There was some issue with our entry device last month because of which we had to enter into the register. Therefore please check at your end my attendance once again and do the needful.
I have contacted the HR executive for the same but have not got any reply yet. So kindly into the matter.
