Respected Mr. Rogers,
We are writing this letter to request you to pay the outstanding amount for the raw material that you have purchased from our organization. The total amount of outstanding is $ 10000 and is to be paid since 10th December.
We had supplied you one ton of raw material and as per contract we were suppose to receive half payment on first delivery, which we have not received. Therefore we have stopped the delivery of raw material for your company till time we get our payment.
If you fail to make the payment by 10th June we will be force to take legal action against your company.
