Subject: Claim for travelling compensation
Dear Mr. Moore,
I had booked ticket in your travel agency for AC bus to travel from Singapore to Mauritius on 25th April. My booking number is 1234.
When I board the bus early morning I got to know that the bus had no AC facility, therefore I got down from the bus and called your agent to arrange my seat in AC bus on that he informed me there are not seats available in any bus and I have travel in the same.
I had no other option than traveling in non AC bus, whereas I had paid for AC bus. I request to refund me the fare that I have paid for AC bus. I am enclosing all my travelling bills and other needed documents.
