Subject: Cancellation of order of flowers
Dear Lily,
This is to inform you that we are regular buyer of your shop, we have frequently ordered flowers for our business purposes. But the last flowers delivered were in very bad condition. The flowers we ordered for was red roses and what we got delivered was white roses, which was not fresh too. On asking for the reason from delivery boy we were told that the flowers were out of stock.
During my order I should have been informed by your staff that the roses are not available I could have asked for some other flowers, but it was not done.
Therefore I request you to cancel all my future order that I have done from your shop. I am very disappointed with the service. My order number is 1234.
