I am highly disappointed with the service of your bank, and request you to cancel my credit card that I am holding with effect from 5th March, my credit card number is 123456 and in name of Paulson.
From last three months there is discrepancy in my credit card statement and have been discussing the same with your customer service agent. But I haven’t received any proper response. I have been charged some extra interest for late payment where as I always made my payment on time, which I can prove.
It’s been high time that your agents are not able to solve the issue. Therefore I request you to cancel my credit card at the earliest.
