I was one of your patients last month and I would like to extend to you my deepest appreciation for your medical care and treatment of me.  I have been suffering for months from severe ulcer and have gone to three doctors but these previous treatments did nothing to cure me of my ailment.  It was fortunate that you were recommended by a friend of mine who you have also treated for a similar illness.  After only a month of treatment and medication under your care, I am so glad that I am feeling better and no longer suffering from the pain that debilitated me in the past.  I can now go back to work and do my everyday duties and responsibilities without suffering from stomach pains.
