I was stunned when I heard the news that you had cancelled your order for 1000 tyres with our company that you had placed in the last month. We have arranged fifty percent of materials of your order and 25% of the order is under the process. This means we are well prepared about timely delivery of your order.
I would like to appeal you to reconsider your decision of cancellation of order. We had good negotiation before the order and you were well satisfied with our offer and undergone the order with us. I am yet confused the cause of cancellation of the order from your side.
It is quite possible that you might have mislead by anyone about which can be cleared through reconsideration.
